MSc StudentJuliana is conducting an MSc in Comparative Biology at the University of São Paulo (USP). She is conducting part of her research at the University of Lisbon (ULisboa) as a visiting researcher at CE3C. She is conducting the project "EFFECT OF UNPAVED ROADS ON MEDIUM AND LARGE TERRESTRIAL MAMMALS IN CERRADO AGRICULTURAL LANDSCAPES", under the supervision of Adriano Garcia Chiarello (USP), Danilo Boscolo (USP), and Fernando Ascensão (ULisboa). The main objectives are:
1. To understand the effects of unpaved roads on medium and large terrestrial mammals, both native and exotic, in agricultural landscapes of the northeast of São Paulo state, Brazil.
2. To investigate whether the landscape context modulates these effects, using spatial composition and configuration metrics.
