Juan Pablo Cancela

I completed a Ph.D. in Biology from the University of the Azores in 2025 and I am currently in the Plant Soil Ecology research group of CE3C. My research focuses mainly on pollinator ecology and conservation. I am currently working on two research lines: disentangling the impacts of nutrient enrichment on flowering plants and their pollinators and monitoring changes in butterfly populations due to climate change.
